An implant isn't a screw in a tooth - it's a surgical procedure that needs to last the rest of your life. Boris has worked exclusively with implants for nearly a decade and has performed thousands of placements. What sets him apart: he won't accept a treatment he can't predict with 100% certainty. He'd rather do two extra checks than face one complication later.

At the practice you'll often hear him say: "We do it right the first time, or we don't do it at all." That's exactly why he always orders a 3D CBCT scan first and plans every implant's position to within a tenth of a millimeter - before the first drill even touches the tissue.

3D-planned precision

Every implant is first placed digitally on a CBCT scan. Boris verifies bone density, nerve paths and final crown position before treatment starts. Result: less pain, faster recovery, higher success rate.

Titanium or zirconia

Some patients are metal-sensitive or prefer a metal-free option. Boris works with both titanium (proven since 1965) and zirconia (fully metal-free, aesthetically stronger with thin gum tissue).

Single tooth to full arch

From a single molar to All-on-4 fixed bridges. Boris handles the whole trajectory - extraction, implant, crown - so one practitioner is accountable, not three.

Warranty & aftercare

Every implant comes with a 10 year warranty when you keep regular hygiene appointments with us. If something doesn't integrate as expected, we replace it free of charge. Honesty over optimism.
